Ponderosa Pines Retreat spans three beautifully designed floors, each offering a bedroom and a bathroom for optimal privacy and comfort. Primary level includes access to the oversized 1 car garage, the covered patio, and the laundry room. This bedroom has a lush queen bed and views of the forest and common spaces in the subdivision. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, well stocked with all the basic cooking and baking supplies needed, with seating for 6 around the table and additional seating for 4 around the quartz peninsula. A cozy living room invites you to relax as you play games or watch tv. The sofa turns into a queen bed, and you can also sit back in the swivel chair or recliner. You'll find access to balcony with additional seating to enjoy watching the sunset over the pines. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom closeby. The spacious master ensuite on the third floor at Ponderosa Pines Retreat offers a luxurious haven. It features a large walk-in closet, a double vanity for added convenience, and stunning views of mountain pine trees from the luxurious king bed. This serene space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of adventure in McCall. **While we do have a Blackstone grill for guest use, please note we request guests clean the grill after use and therefore make no guarantees to it's cleanliness prior to your arrival. (We opted not to add a $50 each for cleaning fee for the grill to keep costs down and check in times more reasonable - we hope you understand this compromise).
